My name is Donnie Thompson.  I am a certified Home Inspector and certified Radon Measurement Specialist in the State of Georgia and a proud member of NACHI(National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and HIF(Housing Inspection Foundation).  I have lived in Georgia since 1972, and have resided in Gwinnett County since 1978.  I provide my service for all of the north and middle regions of the state.  I pride myself on being honest, dependable, reliable, well organized and detailed oriented. With being a home owner myself for many years, and combined with my excellent training and continuing education, I am very knowledgeable about all the functions of a home inspection.

Southern Pride Home Services, LLC will conduct each inspection as a true and unbias third party so that the Client can be assured that (s)he is receiving a PROFESSIONAL and PRECISE Home Inspection.  All Home Inspections are performed in accordance with the NACHI Standards of Practice and I adhere to the NACHI Code of Ethics.  A complete printed report with color photos will be presented to the Client at the end of the Inspection in an organized binder.

I offer Pre-listing certified Home Inspections for the Perspective Home Seller.  This assists the Home Owner to set a price that reflects the home's true condition rather than negotiating if problems are discovered.  It also gives the Home Owner ample time to make repairs ahead of the sale time so it doesn't become an obstacle during the selling process.

I offer certified Home Inspections for the Perspective Home Buyer.  I am dedicated to conducting myself in a professional and friendly manner.  I appreciate feedback from my Clients during the inspection process.  My philosophy is to do the job right the first time.  I believe that the inspection should be thorough and will answer any question the Client may have. I am there for you, before, during and after the job.
